Site work and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Exeter, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The intender of this tender call is to obtain an offer to complete upgrades to the South Huron Recreation Centre located at 94 Victoria Street East, Exeter Ontario (as outlined in the specifications) within the Municipality of South Huron. Time shall be of the essence of this agreement. The Contractor undertakes and agrees that the entire work under this Contract including submission of all videos and reports shall be completed by: Zone 1 completed by August 31, 2022 and Zone 2 completed by November 15, 2022 (as determined in attached drawings).
