It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids to establish a vendor for the exterior painting of the Piedmont Environmental Center. Bids will NOT be publicly opened and bid tabulations will not be posted until AFTER bid has been awarded. Project to be completed on mutually agreed upon dates, occurring between December 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022. Project is inclusive of all exterior areas of the building and does not include any interior painting. Clean, Patch, Prime, and Paint the exterior of the Piedmont Environmental Center building o Pressure wash entire exterior o Caulk any cracks; Scrape, sand, and spot prime all peeling paint as needed o Paint all fascia boards, boxing, overhangs, siding, porch ceilings, doors, doorframes, windows, post, handrails, and corner trim o Match existing colors o Note: Highlighted areas of the provided floor plan information is NOT indicative of areas to be painted. Floor plan sheet does provide facility measurements, however. Painting project should be inclusive of all exterior areas listed above. Project does NOT include any interior painting.
