The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (Authority) seeks proposals from firms or individuals (Respondent) to provide parking revenue strategy service at San Diego International Airport (Airport). The Authority is poised to execute a major redevelopment project that will enhance the customer experience that passengers have come to expect at the Airport. Referred to as the New T1, this project will feature the replacement of Terminal 1 with a new modern facility, as well as improvements to airfield and public roadway infrastructure. During and after construction of the New T1, the Airport parking supply will be impacted by the closure of existing lots, reallocation of remaining lots for Airport users and the public, and the opening of a new parking structure. During this dynamic time-period, the Authority must optimize parking operations, maintain a high-level of customer service, and generate maximum revenue from the Airports parking assets. Current parking operations at the Airport include valet, close-in, economy, and employee parking. Agreement Term: The Authority anticipates an agreement for two (2) years, with an option for three (3) one-year extensions, which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the President/CEO. All questions need to be submitted in writing by 2:00 PM PDT on December 7, 2021
