Johnston County has issued a REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ("RFQ") inviting the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") from firms interested in providing design-build services for the Timothy G. Broome Water Treatment Plant Expansion project. This RFQ is not an offer to enter into a contract, but merely a solicitation of persons interested in submitting an SOQ to the Owner for the Project It is the policy of Johnston County to facilitate the establishment, preservation, and strengthening of small businesses and businesses owned by women and minorities by encouraging their participation in the County's procurement activities. The County has 10% goal for minority business participation.
