Architect Project No.: 20011-MEP GAI # 20087 The project involves MEP system Renovations and a Secure Vestibule Renovation at May B Leasure Elementary School, located at 1015 Church Road, Newark, DE 19702 Attention is called to the construction schedule as detailed in the Bid Documents. Most ofthe work is intended to be performed during the 2022 summer break. Only General Contractors may submit bids on this project.
