Project Duration 2 years plus 3 additional 1 year options Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 12/10/2021 4:00 PM (PST) The City of San Bernardino Municipal Water Department (SBMWD) is seeking vendor(s) to provide various sizes of residential, commercial, and industrial water meters. The following meters are the only approved and accepted meters per the San Bernardino Municipal Water Departments Standard W1.15 Approved Water Meters. Badger Neptune Hersey Master Meter Or approved equal Please not that each Bidder shall provide twelve (12) 5/8x3/4 inch meters to be sent by SBMWD to SBMWDs Meter Testing Contractor for independent bench testing. These meters will be inspected and graded as follows: poor, good, best. The basis of these ratings includes, but is not limited to, ease of reading, tamper resistant register, direction flow arrow, serial number stamped on meter body, weight, and ease of handling. Each bidder shall contact Ms. Sydney Morrison, Contracts Administrator to schedule delivery of the sample meters prior to the bid deadline date. Ms. Morrison can be reached at (909)384-5393.
