Renovation of a laboratory facility in Newport News, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

**As of August 10, 2022, project rebid with due date of August 12, 2022. This specification details the technical requirements for the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and testing of the replacement Cryogenic Distribution System (CDS) for Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility's (JLab) Cryogenic Test Facility (CTF) located in Newport News, Virginia. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to me no later than 4:30 pm January 11, 2022. Should you have any problems opening a file or have any questions, please send an email or call me at the number below. If I am not available, you may contact Melissa Torres (torres@jlab.org) at (757) 269-7585. A bid will not be considered unless accompanied by a guarantee in an amount not less than 20% of the base bid price. Performance Bond: The penal sum of the performance bond shall equal one hundred percent (100%) of the subcontract price. Payment Bond: The penal sum of the payment bond shall equal one hundred percent (100%). The amount of the payment bond must be no less than the amount of the performance bond. MBE (27.1%), WBE (6.9%) *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
