GRESHAM REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION SUNRISE CENTER PROPERTY DISPOSITION The Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC) invites experienced developers to submit a proposal for acquisition and development of the Sunrise Site. The GRDC is seeking an enthusiastic, qualified developer or development team with a proven track record of success with comparable mixed-use, public/private projects to acquire and develop this site, which is one of a very limited number of publicly owned, multi-acre sites on a MAX line in the Portland region. Located at 18801 and 18901 E Burnside Street, the Sunrise Site is the 2.0-acre site owned by the GRDC. Currently, the Asia Kitchen restaurant and Sunrise Center operate on the site. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. As of October 2, 2023, project has been awarded but not identified.
