Remodeling of an educational facility in Davis, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to remodel rooms 105 and 105A of the TB 184 Building at the California National Primate Research Center. Work will include, but is not limited to, demolition, concrete, framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to construct a surgery suite consisting of a procedure room, an anteroom and a preparatory room. Bacon Federal Wage Decision: CA20210007 10292021 Estimated Construction Cost of this project is $375,000.00 Contract Time: 150 days. The University of California will be closed on November 25, 2021 through November 26, 2021. Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk attendees should plan to arrive CNPRC at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled meeting time to ensure adequate time for arrival and parking. Attendees will check in at the Security Kiosk and proceed through two open gates and park. Attendees will gather near the parking area for the Pre-bid Conference. A map is attached for your convenience. Any parking challenges that are encountered will not excuse late arrivals and will result in that firm being ineligible to bid on the Project. Instructions for the Job Walk will be given at the Pre-bid Conference. The work described in the contract is a public work subject to section 1771 of the California Labor Code.
