Renovation of an educational facility in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The State University of New York at Albany will receive sealed bids for project number 01AX87-12 titled ETEC Break-out Project #2 -NWS BILS Work contained in this project will consist of fabricating and installing a Balloon Inflation Launch Station (BILS) on the roof of the UAlbany ETEC Building for the National Weather Service. All work on this Contract is to be completed by April 30th, 2022. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 21% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 9% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% The scope of work for this project shall include infrastructure only for the security systems, which shall include back boxes and conduit. Refer to electrical specifications for installation of the security system infrastructure. The security drawings show security devices for reference only. The Integrated Security Management System shall consist of: 1. Miscellaneous conduit and back boxes (not shown on the Documents as provided, but required for a complete installation) 2. Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System 3. Video Surveillance System
