The Jefferson County Purchasing Department / Director Facilities & Safety will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for "Complete interior painting of the Jefferson County Emergency Services Center" SPECIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: o Complete interior painting o Move and cover furniture o Tape rubber base and cover carpeting o Patch & pole sand walls, metal doors and frames o Caulk window and door casings to the walls o Apply 2 coats of ProMar 200 eggshell finish to walls & wainscot o Apply 2 coats of multi surface 100% acrylic semi-gloss to all metal o Vacuum and replace all furniture o Apply 2 coats of 100% acrylic satin exterior super paint to concrete walls in garage o Sherwin Williams paint products o Must work in an occupied environment o Must be orderly and neat o Must clean up job site daily The awarded bidder must be in good standing with Jefferson County, Tn. The awarded bidder must have full knowledge of all paints and finishes, fully Licensed and Bonded painter, and all ADA COMPLIANCES.
