Renovation of a multi-residential development in West Memphis, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Housing Authority of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, hereafter called the "Public Housing Agency" or PHA for Fire Damage to unit 91 All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the PHA, submitted in duplicate and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the name and address of the bidder, contract job number, and date and time of bid opening. Bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor's License. This is in accordance with Arkansas State Statue 71-701 et seq. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The intent of this contract is to repair 306 31 st Street, apartment 91 to its original condition prior to fire damage. The Contractor is to use other similar units of the Housing Authority as a guide. The insurance company estimate form for the work required is provided in Attachment A. This list is provided as a tool for estimation. The overall intent is for complete restoration of the unit to match the existing housing stock. All quantities and conditions (i.e., extent of electrical wiring damage) will need to be verified by the Contractor. The Contractor is expected to arrange a site visit to familiarize himself with the project prior to bidding
