Site work and paving for a civil project in Baconton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
GMC PROJECT NO. GATL200001 This includes approximately 3 miles reconstruction of Brest Station Rd. & Blackberry Rd. into an asphalt surfaced road with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Bids shall be based on Unit Price Items. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 240 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed of the contract. This contract is funded by CDBG No. 18p-y-101-1-6079. This is a Section 3 Covered Project under the HUD Act of 1968 and Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply The County is committed to providing all persons with equal access to its services, programs, activities, education, and employment regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability or age. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5%, and shall be subject to the conditions provided in ITB No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date of Bid opening. The Mitchell County BOC reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, or to reject any or all bids and to readvertise.
