Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, in the form of a tender bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender presented, valid for a period of 90 days and denominated to the order or in favor of Sutton Affordable Housing. This license must be valid at the time of submission of the bid.
