Renovation of a municipal facility in Pulaski, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Giles County is accepting sealed bids for building renovations located at 3750 Columbia Hwy, Pulaski, TN. All bids must be received in the Office of Financial Management in the Giles County Courthouse Annex Any bid received after this time will not be opened. Must send two (2) copies of bid. Giles County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All vendors must comply with State of Tennessee and Giles County procurement laws. The undersigned, in compliance with your specifications, Owner's Program and other attached contract documents (hereafter referred to as contract documents) for the renovation of an existing building for the Giles County Office of Emergency Management at 3750 Columbia Hwy, Pulaski, Tennessee, having examined the contract documents, the building and the site for the proposed work and being familiar with all the conditions surrounding the proposed work, hereby propose to perform all required work in strict compliance with the contract documents, within the time stated within the contract documents, for the stipulated amount hereinafter written. The stipulated amount covers all expenses to be incurred by this contractor in performance of the work including all required services, equipment, vehicles, materials, labor, bonds, insurance, etc. and State of Tennessee sales/use tax.
