Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Crested Butte, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) upgrades to the existing facility to replace aging infrastructure, revitalize existing assets, and provide improved operating conditions associated with the secondary treatment process. The focus of these improvements will be improvements within the solids process building, replacement of equipment, and new solids process equipment, rehabilitation to the interior of the existing compost building, and construction of a new secondary treatment process building to enclose the existing aeration basins and provide administrative spaces for the operations staff. Proposals are requested for the following CMAR services Contract: Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project Owner anticipates that the Project's total construction price will be approximately $12,000,000, which is anticipated to be funded through a combination of State Revolving Loan Funds, Department of Local Affairs Energy and Mineral Impact Grant funds, and capital reserves. The Project has a preliminary expected construction completion date of December 31, 2023.
