Project involves the replacement of the revolving door and side doors on the first floor of the main entry of Pavilion H at the Chandler Medical Center. Concrete work, drywall and metal framing, insulation, storefront framing and glass, finishes, and revisions for HVAC and electrical are included. The time for substantial completion for all phases shall be one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days and Final Completion shall be thirty (30) days thereafter. Substantial Completion will include all site restoration completed, site clean-up and fully functional. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders, General Conditions and Special Conditions.
