Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Hockley, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 35,100-square-foot educational facility.
**Project was awarded to Prime Contractors in the amount of Total base bid - $7,550,000.00 + Alt #3A for $380,000.00 + Alt #3B for $460,000, total of $8,390,000. Construction started May 27, 2022, and completed in time for school to start on August 22nd. Phase 2 started after Labor Day, and will be completed before the end of 2022. Phase 3 is scheduled to start in January and completed by April 1, 2023. This project is summer 2022 renovations of two elementary schools in Waller ISD: Roberts Road ES and Holleman ES.
