structural work and other associated work.
Work no. 80019 includes all work, including HVAC, electrical, and structural work,
shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications, and all appurtenant work and
materials necessary to produce a complete installation.
C. The work of the contract also includes satisfying all requirements described in the
Standard Contract Requirements, in the other general and supplementary conditions
sections, and in the General Requirements (Division 1).
D. Attention is directed to Clause 23, Contractor's Obligation, Clause 63, Materials and
Workmanship, and Clause 64, Inspection, of the Standard Contract Requirements.
E. Painting of all surfaces where renovation took place, including windows, doors, frames,
etc., shall be performed by GC as required. GC is to provide color samples to the Owner
for selection and approval of manufacturers and colors.
F. Hardware for doors and windows shall be supplied by GC and shall be approved by the
Owner and to match the existing items.
