Date: November 19, 2021 To: Perspective Bidders RE: Moran Park Fencing Bid The City of Holland Parks & Recreation Department is seeking bids for fencing at Moran Park, 515 Maple Ave, Holland, MI 49423. Attached is a proposed fence design for Moran pickleball courts. Questions are submitted online No - Insurance Required - All or None Award The following are the specifications for the tennis/futsal court fencing: Furnish and install approximately 430' of 10' galvanized 9ga. Tennis/futsal court fence and 124' of 4' galvanized 9ga. chain link fence. End post for the 10' fence will be 3" SS40, line post 2 1/2 " SS40 top, middle and bottom rail. End post for the 4' fence will be 2 1/2" SS40 and 1 5/8" SS40 top rail. All posts will be set in cement. Two (2) 4' walk gates on the East side of Section D pictured below (10' chain link fence) One (1) 4' walk gates to the 4' chain link fence in Section C o Bid with and without gate *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
