Annual Contract for Disaster Recovery Services (Debris Removal) for Chatham County Public Works Direct any questions related to this RFP to Ms. Robin Maurer, Asst. Purchasing Director, and submit all questions in writing. Include the RFP number, page, and paragraph number as a reference to each question. If you choose to mail your questions, do not place the RFP number on the outside of the envelope. Such bidder shall post a bid bond, certified check or money order made payable to the Chatham County Finance Department in the amount of SVo oI the bid price. Contractor(s) shall post a payment/performance bondo certified check or money order made payable to the Chatham County Finance Department in the amount of 1007o of the bid price if awarded the purchase. The term of the contract will be fore one (1) year with renewal options for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. The Purchasing Director reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
