Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Yaphank, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of the following: Installation of three (3) Innovative wastewater treatment systems. System #1 shall serve the existing Activity Building (P2545) & existing Shower Building (P2751) located at Cathedral Pines County Park. System #2 shall serve the existing Trap & Skeet Office (P2301) and System #3 shall serve the existing Comfort Station (P2306). System #2 and System #3 shall be located at Southaven County Park. Work for all three systems includes demolition of existing wastewater components, installation of new Innovative treatment systems, replacement and installation of leaching fields, installation of all power and control wiring for complete and operable treatment systems. Each system shall be supplied with a three year warrantee including all required O&M is included. In addition to the above-mentioned items, System #1 at Cathedral Pines County Park will also require the installation of a new grease trap for the kitchen waste, and separation of internal building sanitary piping to isolate sanitary waste from the kitchen waste.
