The University of New Mexico's (UNM) Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) and UNM Taos is seeking qualified landscape architecture and planning firms to respond to the following Request for Proposal (RFP) for the UNM Taos Klauer Campus Site Infrastructure Plan (The Plan). The Plan will address: Circulation Parking Signage Lighting Grading and drainage Safety/Security with Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Principles Accessibility Art The Total Project Budget, including all hard and soft costs, is $1,875,000 The Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for this project is currently estimated at $1,433,000.00 which includes NMGRT, contingency and escalation.
