Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Glynn County School System (GCSS) is looking for a qualified vendor to install artificial turf systems at three (3) athletic fields. The contractor will include all the necessary engineering, preconstruction testing, permits, labor permits, installation, materials, training, and miscellaneous supplies for a complete turnkey system at each site. There will be a 20% owner's contingency fee for this project. Deadline to Submit Questions December 7, 2021 (noon, ET) Deadline to Respond to Questions December 9, 2021 (4:30 p.m., ET) Bid Bond (Bond only; certified checks or other forms are not acceptable) shall be required for all competitive sealed bids for construction contracts estimated to be $100,000 or more. The successful Awarded Proposer may be required to furnish a performance and payment bond equal to 100% of the Contract Price. The bond shall be issued by a Corporate Surety authorized to do business with the State of Georgia. Show the cost to supply such bond on the Cost Proposal Form where indicated. Do not include the cost in your Base Bid.
