It shall be the responsibility of the Offeror to see that their bid is delivered to the City Clerk by the date and time set for the bid request. If the mail or delivery of bid request is delayed beyond the opening date and time, bid thus delayed will not be considered. A public opening will be held and any bidder or their authorized representative is invited to attend. The City of Las Vegas reserves the right to reject any/or all bids submitted. Engineer's estimate: $1,200,000.00 - $1,400,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work of the project includes, but is not necessarily limited to water and wastewater system improvements for the City of Las Vegas on Hot Springs Avenue: 1. BID LOT 1- Furnish all labor, equipment, and material to construct the designated water system improvements, water service assemblies, PRVs, Fire Hydrants, and service bores on Hot Springs Blvd. located within the corporate limits of the City of Las Vegas, NM. 2. BID LOT 2- Furnish all labor equipment and material for the pre-construction videotaping of the existing sewer line, to construct the designated sewer system improvements on Hot Springs Blvd., and for the post-construction videotaping of the new sewer line within the corporate limits of the City of Las Vegas, NM.
