Renovation of the lift station will consist of cleaning wetwell, removing two existing 800 GPM pumps and associated electrical, furnishing and installing two new 1,300 GPM pumps with VFDs, upgrading electrical and associated site work, and constructing pump bypass manifold quick-connect. Estimate: $1,000,000 The Contractor shall have 270 consecutive CALENDAR DAYS to substantially complete and 300 consecutive CALENDAR DAYS to finalize completion of the project. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable Bidder's bond payable without recourse to the City of Harker Heights, Texas in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Bid submitted as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a Contract and execute a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and a Maintenance Bond within thirty (30) Days after the notification of the award of the Contract.
