Renovation of a municipal facility in Star City, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Base Proposal must accompany each proposal as described in the "Instruction to Bidders". The construction must be completed in 90 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. Bidders shall determine their capability to perform the work within this period prior to bidding. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. Proposals which fail to comply fully with the provisions of the specifications and other Contract Documents will be considered invalid and may not receive consideration. Deposits will be refunded to all General Contractors who submit a bonafide bid and return the documents in good condition within 10 days after the opening of bids. Contractors who do not turn in a bid will not receive a refund of their deposit. General Contractors and subcontractors requiring additional sets or electronic documents may purchase Bidding Documents through Southern Reprographics. Purchased plans and electronic documents will not be refunded. No partial sets will be issued.
