A timeline for award has not been established yet. The Project consists of construction of an elevated water tank, foundations, and site improvements. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the Tennessee Valley Authority InvestPrep Program and the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the PONTOTOC COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, MISSISSIPPI, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. Bids may be held up to 90 days from the date of opening for review of bids and qualifications of bidders prior to Contract award. The Pontotoc County Board of Supervisors, MS reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
