Renovation of a hospitality development in Wheeling, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
Wheeling Park Commission invites proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment supplies and transportation for Oglebay Resort and Conference Center Wilson Lodge Kline Wing Renovations. The project scope will include new finishes, various utility renovations, new elevator and life safety improvements. After the review of the documents and after the pre-bid, written questions only will be addressed by addendum. The written questions must be submitted via email to Julie Doerr no later than 12:00 pm on Thursday, December 9, 2021 with response back to the contractors no later than 4:00 pm on Monday, December 13, 2021. A Bid bond executed by a surety company acceptable to Wheeling Park Commission in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid, to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a Contract, if given the award. No Bid may withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids. Any contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
