The School District of Pickens County takes pride in our quality High School Arts and Athletics programs and has invested in the facilities and equipment to support our student artists and athletes. We know that general preventive maintenance and inspection of our AV equipment is vital to protecting this investment for years to come. SDPC is requesting proposals for general preventive maintenance and inspection of all AV equipment pertaining to High School Auditoriums including: Audio Video racks, projector and controls, Theatre works, curtain rigging and lighting system inspection and overall wellness of the auditorium space, as well as, general inspection, dust removal and recommendations for scheduled equipment upgrades and obsolescence. Additionally, proposals should include general preventive maintenance of all athletics stadiums, gymnasiums and venues including baseball, softball, soccer etc. with general inspection of audio systems, dust removal and recommendations for scheduled equipment upgrades and obsolescence. Proposals should also include maintaining and sharing preventive maintenance records with our district contact. This RFP is to procure and execute an agreement for the defined service and to seek responses from appropriately qualified and experienced vendors. The term "Offer" means your "Bid" or "Proposal". Your offer must be submitted in a sealed package. The solicitation number and opening date must appear on the package exterior. The contract shall be in effect from date of award through delivery and acceptance by SDPC of the final product and services. The district will have the option to extend or renew for three (3) one (1) year terms each ending on June 30 of the end of the following year of renewal. Thursday, December 2, 2021 before 10:00 AM EST. All questions should be emailed to Coordinator of Procurement at procurement@pickens.k12.sc.us Any award issued will be issued to, and the contract will be formed with, the entity identified as the Offeror. The entity named as the offeror must be a single and distinct legal entity. You must submit a signed copy of this form with your offer. By submitting a bid or proposal, you agree to be bound by the terms of the solicitation. You agree to hold your offer open for a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening date or longer if required by the District. The School District of Pickens County hereafter referred to as the "District" or "SDPC", assumes no responsibility for improperly marked or misdirected RFP responses and/or correspondence related to this document.
