Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of February 04, 2022, this project was awarded to K2 Construction for $449,294.75. Final completion shall be on or before August 1, 2022 The scope of work of this project will require that the meters be hooded or removed by the City. The Contractor shall notify the City of Lincoln Urban Development - Parking Services at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time which the parking space or spaces will be impacted. The Contractor shall construct the project in 2022 and shall have no more than 90 consecutive calendar days to complete work associated with this project. These days shall be divided as follows: 60 consecutive calendar days to reach substantial completion and 30 consecutive calendar days to achieve final completion. Substantial completion of this project shall be on or before July 1, 2022. A performance and payment bond in the full amount of the contract shall be required for all construction contracts. Once the project is completed, the Contractor may submit a maintenance bond in place of the performance bond To accompany the Construction Performance Bond (EJCDC No.1910-28A) and the Construction Payment Bond (EJCDC No. 1910-28B)
