Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,200-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and educational facility.
As of October 11, 2022, construction is underway. A timeline for completion has not been confirmed. Fort Smith Public Schools Nabholz Construction invites all Ft. Smith, Barling and River Valley contractors to submit subcontractor bids (proposals) for the Peak Innovation Center Interior Build Out of Area A. A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. 13200 sqft Interior Build Out of Area A Conference/Community space located at 5900 Painter Lane, Ft. Smith, AR 72903. Project will include but not limited to the following scopes: concrete, doors w/ hardware, glazing, drywall, flooring, painting, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with all state regulatory and licensing requirements, and the Construction Managers Manual. Nabholz Construction and Fort Smith Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or irregularities in any proposal. Nabholz Construction encourages all small, minority owned, women owned or disadvantaged business enterprises to submit proposals for this project.
