As of April 1,2022, the project has been cancelled due to the fact that all the bids were over budget. Residential Home- Demo-Rebuild, Kennedy Street, Coolidge, AZ
Questions Due Date: Feb 10th 2022, 5:00 PM MST . Demolition and Site Preparation:
a. Existing housing structure and accessory storage shed located on the property at 3929 N. Kennedy Street,
Coolidge, AZ 85128 shall be removed and disposed of in an approved manner and in compliance with all
applicable statutes, regulations and orders. If testing is determined necessary for safe disposal, the
contractor shall be responsible for all necessary costs.
b. Clear the lot of all unused structures and concrete slabs and dispose of in an approved manner and in
compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations and orders. The site must be properly graded and
conform to the County's requirements for set-backs, drainage, and any other flood control requirements set
forth by the County's Planning and Engineering Division.
c. Approximately 227 linear feet of four foot fencing located on the north, east, and west side of property shall
be removed and disposed of in an approved manner and in compliance with all applicable statutes,
regulations and orders.
d. Existing septic tank shall be abandoned in accordance with Pinal County Environmental Health Department
code requirements.
e. The homeowner is responsible for packing all personal belongings prior to the contractor arranging for the
items to be removed from the existing home prior to demolition and removal. It is the contractor's
responsibility to work with the homeowner to provide a timeline for when items need to be packed.
f. Contractor shall provide an appropriate size storage pod for the homeowner's belongings that will remain
on site during the construction period.
g. Contractor is responsible for creating and submitting construction plans, permits, and a site design/layout
for demolition and construction work described in this scope of work. Construction plan shall be based on
the attached floor plan.
