Vendors are cautioned that this is a request for offers, not an offer or request to contract, and the State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all offers at any time if such rejection is deemed to be in the best interest of the State. Provide all equipment, supplies and labor to complete the following tasks for House 103 Pecan Lane: 1. Remove existing exterior windows that are to be eliminated. 2. Replace windows with new, vinyl replacement windows. 3. Wrap all exterior window casing prior to completion. 4. Remove the existing entry doors and storm doors that are to be eliminated. 5. Install new doors that include hardware and ensure doors are keyed to the same key
