Renovation of a mixed-use development in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Work included under this project consists of replacement of an existing outdoor pad-mounted transformer, extension of existing transformer low voltage secondary underground conduits and installation of three additional low voltage secondary underground conduits, replacement of one 208/120 volt panelboard, replacement of multiple 208 volt and 120 volt circuit breakers in three panelboards to meet short-circuit interrupting requirements, replacement of various conductors and conduits, and provision of new placards to clearly identify electrical service disconnects at the Jack Critchfield Ball Park. The new transformer shall be provided by the University and installed by the contractor. The new panelboard, circuit breakers, conductors, and conduit shall be provided by the contractor as part of the base bid. The contractor is responsible for all cutting, patching, finishing, general trades work, excavation, rigging, etc. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
