Site upgrades include asphalt pavement, walks, site utilities,Turf Field fabric system & infill, the site lighting bases, poles & fixtures, Bleachers and pressbox, etc. All prime contractors are required to actively coordinate and sequence with other contractors and the owner provided items to ensure accuracy of the installations and a smooth flow of work. Access doors are furnished by Electrical Contract # 3 and installed by GC Contract# 1 VFD's, disconnects, motor starters, etc. which are supplied by MC will be installed by Electrical Contractor, unless noted otherwise All Excavation / Backfill for sitework and building electrical items (service conduits, U/G conduits, pull boxes, pedestrian lighting pole bases, etc.) is by Electrical Contract # 3.
