The Yakima Housing Authority will receive via email, Invitation for Bids from qualified Playground Contractors to provide and install playground equipment. Contractors to perform, subcontract and coordinate all work required to upgrade several small playgrounds scattered in Granger, Toppenish and Yakima, Washington. The Yakima Housing Authority reserves the right to cancel this invitation to bid, to waive as informality any irregularities in the bids, to reject any and all bids, and to accept the responsive bid from the lowest, qualified and responsible Contractor whose bid meets all the requirements of this solicitation.
