Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a road / highway.
Plaster containing asbestos to be removed from the affected area to fully expose the concrete wall in order to let it dry. Once plaster have been fully removed concrete wall is to be fully dried using appropriate equipment. Once concrete wall is full dried a 2x4 steel stud jugged wall is to be built using mold resistance drywall. TIMELINE: Project has been cancelled. Coverage has been discontinued.
