For 2021 Capital Improvements Program, Excelsior Drive Water Line Extension All bidders must be licensed under the terms of Act 150 of the 1965 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature, including subsequent amendments. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This project includes the construction of approximately 1,600 linear feet of ductile iron waterline improvements and associated appurtenances. The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for performance ofall labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment ofthe contract in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other Contract Documents as herein before defined, all of which are made a part hereof, and including such detail sketches as may be furnished by the Engineer from time to time during construction in explanation of said drawings. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly called for in the specifications or not shown on the drawings which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the Contractor as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the Owner.
