The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD/District) is taking bids for a four (4) year requirement contract for Substation Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service that consists of cleaning, preventative, and breakdown maintenance, testing and calibration of plant and pump station electrical distribution equipment. This includes service on seventy-five (75) medium voltage pieces of equipment: Fifty-three (53) at Southerly WWTP, Nine (9) at Westerly WWTP and Eleven (11) at Easterly WWTP and Two (2) at ETDPS. Bid Bond and Performance Bond required, with Prevailing Wages requirement on repairs.
