Site work for a water / sewer project in Argyle, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The improvements under this contract include the following approximate quantities: 945 LF 8" Sanitary Sewer 2,529 LF 10" Sanitary Sewer Contract Documents (including Plans and Special Contract Documents) have been prepared for this project and may only be obtained electronically by email request to Bella Williams (bwilliams@tnpinc.com) at the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., Consulting Engineers. There is no deposit for electronic transmittal. Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Fifth Edition including all current amendments), as published by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), also comprise a part of the Contract Documents for this project and may be purchased at the offices of NCTCOG in Arlington, Texas. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. A Bid security is required in accordance with the Special Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened.
