The Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District (EUWCD) requires the services of a licensed water well driller (Contractor) with a monitor well endorsement for drilling and completion of five (5) monitor wells. The wells will be located over the Carrizo outcrop on Atascosa County owned right of way easements. The scope of work includes drilling a pilot borehole for geologic interpretation and geophysical logging, installing and developing a monitor well, conducting aquifer tests, and collecting water quality samples. Contractor shall provide all necessary trucks, tools, fuel, equipment, materials, travel expense, per diems, staffing, etc. to perform the tasks outlined in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) including mobilization, drilling of pilot borings, geophysical logging, well installation, well development, aquifer testing, water quality sampling, and site cleanup. EUWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All inquiries MUST be submitted either in writing or via e-mail to info@evergreenuwcd.org to the attention of EUWCD Hydrogeologist.
