Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Request for Supplier Qualifications for Exterior Building Envelope Restoration Contractors for the City of Richmond Hill. The City intends to pre-qualify general contractors experienced and specialized in exterior wall building envelope restoration, including, but not limited to, the repair, restoration, and replacement of wall assemblies including air/vapour barriers, insulation, various types of exterior claddings, concrete restorations, brick, stone, and block veneers, mortar repointing work, punched windows, windows walls, curtain walls and sealants. Respondents will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria provided in this document. Based on these criteria, five respondents will be selected onto a pre-qualified supplier roster for the potential provision of all labour, materials, and equipment for the restoration work on building envelopes within various facilities in the City of Richmond Hill, pursuant to an invitational secondstage competitive process. The City may tender this work as multiple separate contracts any time during the prequalification term. Only the contractors that have been pre-qualified through this RFSQ call will be eligible to bid.
