Sign posts, square posts, 2" x 2" x 12'; 14 gauge galvanized steel Sign posts, corner bolt, size: 5/16" x 2 1/2" steel plated, for 2 1/2" tube, with a flanged serrated nut Sign, posts, square penetrator anchor post, 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" x 36"; 12 gauge galvanized steel, punched 4 sides ; the hole diameter shall be 7/16" on 1" centers. Holes shall be on center line of each side in true alignment and opposite to each other. The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all Quotes, to accept Quotes from more than one Seller, and to accept Quotes on any one or more items quoted without accepting Quotes on all items. Quotes will be rejected or accepted within 60 days of the Submission Date. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive Seller. Issuance of a Purchase Order by the City shall constitute a binding contract between Seller and the City on the Effective Date in PHLContracts but only after approval by an authorized representative of the Procurement Department. The City has instituted a policy of making all of its payments through electronic deposits into the awarded entity's designated bank account. Limit of Liability: $300,000 per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury (including death) and property damage liability. Purchase Orders issued pursuant to this Contract may not exceed, individually or in the aggregate, a total value of $35,000, increased every City fiscal year by the percentage increase in the CPI-U from January 1, 2020, to the most recently published CPI-U, and rounded to the nearest one thousand dollars ($1,000)
