The Regional Municipality of Peel (herein referred to as the "Agency") is presently undertaking a hydraulic water model calibration update project for its South Peel and North Peel water systems. Through this Contract, the Agency is seeking to retain qualified Vendor that will supply all equipment, materials and personnel necessary to undertake the following field work tasks: Up to 50 pressure monitoring tests at fire hydrants located at sub-transmission and distribution system watermains; Up to 130 hydrant flow tests within the water distribution system; and Up to 130 C-Factor tests within the water distribution system. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
