Invites sealed bids for the provision of one (1) StageTek stage riser platform system and support equipment as described below, which in the opinion of the City, best meet or exceed the specifications described herein, and offer the best value to the City The City shall not accept, and shall have no obligation to pay, for any equipment, unless and until the successful bidder demonstrates to City's satisfaction that each piece of equipment properly does its intended purpose. The City of La Mirada reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid, and/or to select one or more bidders with which to further negotiate, all as determined in City's sole discretion. An award of a contract, if made, shall be on the basis of which bid, in City's sole discretion, provides the best value to the City taking into consideration the quality and reliability of the product offered, documented lifespan, delivery time, the length and scope of the warranty, cost of maintenance, cost of the product, and any other factor relevant to this procurement.
