0038-11 This project consists of the cleaning, demolition, and remediation of the existing indoor firing range into general storage space. This project includes lead cleaning, removal of all associated backstops, deflectors, and other associated firing range items. The existing walls shall be epoxy painted, existing deck and structure shall be painted, existing pit infilled with concrete, and the existing concrete slab shall have a resinous flooring system installed. Project also includes minimal mechanical and electrical work associated with the lead cleaning and remediation. No alterations are being made to life safety, occupant load, or path of egress. This project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first class job.Based on the information and drawings provided by SSA representative (Leanne Byrd) and information obtained during our site visit, we observed that the WVRC is a one-story facility with a dark brown brick veneer. The building is built on a concrete slab-on-grade and is 14,960 square feet (sq. ft.). The building contains offices, Storage/Cage Room 101 (IFR), vault, classroom, locker room, several supply and storage rooms, restrooms/showers, kitchen, boiler and mechanical rooms and a Drill Hall 100. The building has undergone several "cosmetic renovations since its "original" construction date. NCNG onsite representative, SFC Conant Peploe, provided our inspectors, Oral L. McGirt, Latoya McGirt and Sergio Calderon, with access throughout the building during our assessment surveys and general information on the building's history and usage
