A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Contract No. CD2106 Butler Boulevard Force Main CI-20 Replacement, the Work, includes, but is not necessarily limited to the installation of New Pump No. 1 within Central Pump Station 12 and the replacement of a portion ofInterceptor CI-20, Butler Boulevard Interceptor, located in Berkeley Township, New Jersey, with approximately 4,500 linear feet of new 12-inch and 16- inch diameter C900 PVC pipe and the abandonment of existing ductile iron piping. Bid Security - In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:ll-21, each Bid shall enclose Bid Security, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders, in the amount often percent (10%) of the Bidder's Bid, but not in excess of $20,000. The entire Work will be complete and ready for final payment as specified in the Contract Documents within 300 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
