A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Contract No. CD2106 Butler Boulevard Force Main CI-20 Replacement, the Work, includes, but is not necessarily limited to the installation of New Pump No. 1 within Central Pump Station 12 and the replacement of a portion ofInterceptor CI-20, Butler Boulevard Interceptor, located in Berkeley Township, New Jersey, with approximately 4,500 linear feet of new 12-inch and 16- inch diameter C900 PVC pipe and the abandonment of existing ductile iron piping. Bid Security - In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:ll-21, each Bid shall enclose Bid Security, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders, in the amount often percent (10%) of the Bidder's Bid, but not in excess of $20,000. The entire Work will be complete and ready for final payment as specified in the Contract Documents within 300 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Execute the Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Price and attach to the bond a certified copy of Power of Attorney. The Maintenance Bond, Section 00620, that the Contractor is required to furnish shall be in the amount of 10% of the Contract Price. Estimated cost: $2,400,000.00 - $2,800,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
