North Wilbarger Interceptor for furnishing all labor; material, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the 1,600 LF of 15-inch wastewater line from Panther Loop to Tranquility Lane. Proposals must be submitted on the Proposal forms provided and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in a penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Contract Price proposed. The security may be in the form of a Bid Bond furnished by a reliable surety company having authority under the laws of Texas to write surety bonds in the amount required, with such security made payable without recourse to the City. The final Notice of Award of Contract will be issued to the successful bidder by the City within sixty (60) days following the opening of bids and no bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after opening thereof. The successful Offeror must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company authorized by the State of Texas to act as surety. A response will be posted for all questions until but no later than 12:00 P.M. CST on __Friday, April 18__, 2025. Question Deadline 04/16/2025 at 12:00 PM CT.
