**As of February 22, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Hillsborough County requires up to three (3) qualified Contractors to perform moderately complex construction and renovation work required by the County at any of its various facilities and sites. The anticipated work to be performed may include, but will not be limited to the following; interior building repairs and renovations, new building construction, building expansions, renovations, additions, re-roofing, exterior building repairs and renovations, site work, utilities, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, special constructions and turn-key projects as further defined in the attached Special Conditions. In accordance with Hillsborough County Ordinance No. 21-17 (Construction Apprenticeship Program), the bid requirements and resulting contact requires at least 12% of the Labor Hours for Apprentices as described in Paragraph No. 2.11. Project Estimated Budget $18,000,000.00
